    Job Summary

    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Resort Manager to lead our dynamic team and drive our vision forward. As a Resort Manager at Collective Hospitality Thailand, you will oversee all aspects of resort operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate resort staff; foster a positive work environment and ensure high employee satisfaction.
    • Guest Service: Deliver exceptional guest service, address guest concerns, and ensure all resort facilities and services meet Collective Hospitality's standards.
    • Operations: Oversee daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance; ensure smooth and efficient running of the resort.
    • Financial Management: Manage budgets, control expenses, and achieve financial targets; prepare financial reports and conduct regular reviews.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, increase occupancy rates, and drive revenue growth.
    • Sustainability: Build strong relationships with local communities and partners; promote local culture and sustainability initiatives.
    • Compliance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all resort areas and services comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Resort Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
    • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financials, and operational processes.
    • Passion for providing outstanding guest experiences and a keen eye for detail.
    • Knowledge of local culture and sustainability practices is an advantage.
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in Thai or other languages is a plus.
    • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to travel (with valid passport) and relocate to Thailand.
