- Must be a Certified Public Accountant(CPA)
- At least 3 years of experience in tax practice – tax advisory and some tax advocacy work
- With experience in people management preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- preparing accurate tax analyses and computations
- using research tools and technology efficiently
- identifying tax planning opportunities, complying with confidentiality policies
- staying up-to-date on technical knowledge

- applying changing tax laws to client engagements
- assessing and reviewing the work of junior staff
