Job Responsibilities:1.

Educate patients by informing them of the test's purpose and thefunctions of the audiometric instruments to manage patients'expectations and avoid surprises.2.

Administers screening and threshold tests, using audiometricinstruments to determine hearing capacity and possible hearing aids thatcan be provided.3. Records audiometric test results and makes reports to includerecommendations and possible hearing aid interventions.4. Explain to the customer the proper usage, control, and maintenance ofhearing aids for maximum usage and prolonged life.5. Maintains and regularly calibrates audiometric instruments to ensuretheir precise and accurate reading. Conduct preliminary troubleshooting,if necessary, without losing warranty agreements.6. Receives customers' complaints about their defective hearing aidsdetermines possible causes of malfunctions and provides preliminarysolutions to address immediate concerns.7.

Maintains work area clean and orderly all the time, practicingdiligently Five "S" principles and creating a customer-friendly andpleasant work environment for customers and employees alike.8.

Create records and files of patients ensuring their safekeeping andeasy retrieval for reference purposes.


Job Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Audiology course2. With a minimum 3 years of experience as a Hearing CareSpecialist/Hearing Aid Dispenser
