The District Manager is responsible for managing, coaching and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.

He/She shall be responsible in handling sales operations, driving business growth in his/her assigned territory and upholding organizational policies while meeting budgeted sales objectives.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, marketing or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience leading a team in Pharmaceutical Industry
• With good interpersonal skills, the ability to form a good rapport with internal and external customers
• With experience on ethical products particularly on Respiratory/ENT will be an adavantage
• Candidate who takes initiatives and highly focused to achieve the company's goal
• Must have good territory knowledge and experience handling Visayas area
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications
• Good presentation and analytical skills
• Applicant must be from Cebu
