- Owns the full MD referral lifecycle (combination of S0 + S1) from initial outreach and sleep test conversion through activation, start, and close-out.
- Experienced in high-volume phone sales with strong objection handling and ability to drive urgency and patient commitment.
- Proven leadership or training background
- Strong multitasker and quick problem solver who can manage cases, follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination simultaneously.
- Comfortable working leads across multiple touchpoints (calls, text, email) while maintaining high conversion and patient experience standards.
- Highly English proficient, will be on phones

The Role: MD Referral Sales
