Our Netsuite PS Consulting team is hiring Netsuite Functional-Implementation Consultants with Industry experience working with SOCIAL IMPACT or NGO's (non-governmental organizations) have an advantage.

The Consultant works on a night shift and works from home until further notice as the setup.

Here's the job brief:

-Chair Kickoff and Customer Meetings

-Excellent Product Knowledge and can lead Functional and Implementation discussions

-Lead the Clients customers on Release Planning and deliver solutions on a timely fashion to promote customer satisfaction and renewal.

-Those with NetSuite Consulting experience in SOCIAL IMPACT or NGO's (non-governmental organization) have an advantage.

Key

Responsibilities

Provide Consulting Services

• Document and validate customer's business requirements and map to NetSuite functionality
• Configure/customize NetSuite application to meet customer's business requirements
• Conduct consulting sessions (on-the-phone and in-person) and document with meeting minute summaries
• Attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
• Provide customers with as needed consulting and general assistance
• Be a "go-to" resource for specific functional areas

Provide Sales / Account Management support

• Support the sales cycle through solution review and feedback, and assistance with scoping and estimation

Provide Team and Operational Management

• Participate, organize and facilitate regular Team Meetings
• Contribute to the hiring process by screening applications and interviewing candidates
• Serve as liaison with the rest of the GDC for work coordination and assignments
• Channel staff feedback to the local Practice Manager
• Enforce company policies and regulations

Contribute to internal PS initiatives

• Contribute to the solutions repository/best practices, knowledge share activities
• Participate in Subject Matter Expert programs
• Conduct Internal trainings on Subject Matter Expertise to filter out best practices
• Interface with other departments on product features/solutions

Focus on Continuing Education

• Contribute to internal knowledge share; Review posted feedback on a continuous basis
• Participate in or Hold Continuing Education sessions
• Conduct and be fully versed on functionality released with each new product upgrade

• Experience with software in a SaaS environment including any experience with Accounting, Sales Force Automation, Marketing Campaigns and Web presence
• Consulting experience with QuickBooks Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics, , Upshot, ACT, Goldmine, MAS 90, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, NetSuite
• Pre-sales consulting experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Management Information Systems
• Master's degree or post graduate coursework preferred

Professional Experience

• 6+ years' experience in systems applications consulting with a consulting firm or software provider
• 3+ years in a Consultant role implementing NetSuite full cycle

Promotion Criteria

• Demonstrates advanced knowledge in at least 2 major areas of NetSuite functionality – i.e. ERP, CRM, Ecommerce, OpenAir
• Regularly exceeds personal utilization targets on a quarterly basis
• Exceeds Customer Reference Targets and Customer Satisfaction Survey Score Targets
• Contributes to internal PS Knowledge Share
• Active participant in NetSuite Mentoring Program
• Supports the Sales process as a PS Subject Matter Expert, with minimal guidance from Management
• Ability to lead a team of Consultants on large PS engagements
