    > At least 18-36 months of Service Desk/ TSR Hardcore tech Experience
    > Experience with IT infrastructure and Business applications, Password reset, and Ticketing tools (eg Service Now).
    > High-level Knowledge of Security and IT certification is a plus
    > Amenable to work onsite and in shifting schedules
