• Ability to operate a four-wheeled vehicle with a Valid Driver's License
• Ideally 2 years of Sales experience, particularly in the Construction Industry
• Comfortable with Field Work / Official Business to Seal Deals
• Ready to kick off in OCCIDENTAL MINDORO Area
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Open to learning and development
• Demonstrates honesty and trustworthiness
• Languages required: English and Filipino
• Capable of selling roofing materials to various stakeholders
• Skilled in prospecting, lead follow-ups, and maintaining client relationships
• Proficient in the complete sales cycle, from visits to contract closure
