Job summary
+Develop organizational safety strategy and policies. Establish and maintain DOLE OSH compliance program.
+Responsibilities
+- Manage all labor documentation (NBI, Barangay clearances, NCII certifications)
- Develop safety training programs and conduct training for I&C Engineers
- Train I&C Engineers on work permit systems, HIRAC, and site safety implementation.
