    Position Title: Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Executive

    Location: Manila, Philippines

    Reporting Line: Chief of Staff

    Travel: Periodic US travel required

    Job Overview

    We are seeking a CPA-qualified Executive, Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable to own the end-to-end AR and AP operations across a multi-market organization. This role is critical to cash-flow discipline, collections performance, and financial control in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

    The ideal candidate is a strong finance operator with proven experience enforcing accountability, improving processes, and partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Risk, and Legal.

    Key Accountabilities

    Accounts Receivable

    • Own invoicing, collections, dispute resolution, and AR aging
    • Drive on-time collections (target: 95%)
    • Implement and manage escalation frameworks by aging bucket
    • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Legal on overdue and high-risk accounts
    • Produce clear AR dashboards, forecasts, and management reporting

    Accounts Payable

    • Own vendor payment cycles end-to-end
    • Ensure accuracy, approvals, and compliance with internal controls
    • Manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies efficiently
    • Optimize payment timing while balancing cash-flow priorities

    Controls, Governance & Process Improvement

    • Enforce strong AR/AP controls and documentation standards
    • Support internal and external audit requirements
    • Identify and implement process improvements for scale and efficiency
    • Operate within a three-lines-of-defense framework with Risk and Legal

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
    • 7–10 years' experience with direct ownership of AR and AP
    • Proven track record improving collections and cash flow
    • Experience working in multi-country or complex operating environments
    • Strong stakeholder management and escalation capability
    • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
    • Amenable to report onsite 2x a week at San Juan, Greenhills

    Visa & Travel Requirement

    • Candidates must hold a valid and active US B1/B2 visa. Periodic business travel to the United States is required

    • Clean, timely AP cycles with minimal disputes or delays
    • Audit-ready documentation and defensible financial controls
    • Clear ownership, disciplined reporting, and proactive escalation
