- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle room reservations, spa bookings, and walk-in inquiries
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest concerns promptly
- Process payments and issue official receipts accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requests
- Maintain accurate guest records and update the system accordingly
- Address and resolve guest complaints with courtesy and urgency
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience in front desk, hotel, or spa operations (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasing personality with a customer-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems is an advantage
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
