    Job Summary

    The Front Desk Officer is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, handling inquiries, and supporting daily front office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact and represents the brand with professionalism and warmth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
    • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
    • Handle room reservations, spa bookings, and walk-in inquiries
    • Answer phone calls, emails, and guest concerns promptly
    • Process payments and issue official receipts accurately
    • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requests
    • Maintain accurate guest records and update the system accordingly
    • Address and resolve guest complaints with courtesy and urgency
    • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or any related field
    • At least 2 years of experience in front desk, hotel, or spa operations (preferred)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Pleasing personality with a customer-oriented attitude
    • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems is an advantage
    • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
