    Job Title: B2B Sales Renewal Specialist

    Location: Makati SLC (Salcedo)

    Guaranteed Offer: P40,300 + Commission

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented B2B Sales Renewal Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on renewals, retention, and customer success services (CSS) for medium enterprises. You will play a critical role in maintaining and expanding our customer relationships while ensuring satisfaction and continued partnership.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Renewals & Retention: Manage and execute renewal processes to ensure timely retention of existing accounts.
    • Customer Success Services (CSS): Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance their experience and success.
    • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with medium enterprises.
    • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within existing accounts.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze renewal performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales.
    • High school graduate, bachelor's degree not required.
    • Proven track record in renewals and retention within a B2B context.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts while focusing on high-quality service.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
    • Willingness to work night shifts.
    • Must be willing to work in Makati SLC (Salcedo).
