Responsible in preparing food for an international franchise fine dining restaurant in Cebu City
Responsible for doing the main cooking and to ensure cooks food in a timely manner according to the franchise standards and quality
Cook and season food according to recipes and to the standard of the company
Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
Ensure appealing plate presentation and observe cleanliness
Slightly modify recipes to meet customers' needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
Monitor food stock and place orders
Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
Will undergo extensive training in Dean & Deluca Manila
