• Develop automation solutions including, but not limited to, workflow automation, reports generation, and database management.
• Document projects managed and solutions developed
• Develop training materials and conduct trainings on basic automation programming

• With Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or technical field
• With 2+ years work experience in program development, functional and nonfunctional software testing
• With 2+ work experience in developing workflow automation solution using any of the following platforms - Macro VBA, UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism
• Proficient in working with large-scale business data, requirements writing, and business analysis
• With advanced Excel capabilities such as: Modeling, Power Pivot, and Data Analysis
• With strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in scripting and querying data using SQL
• Diligent in documenting projects and solutions implemented
• Preferably with knowledge and/or experience on Selenium
• Must be well organized
• Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills in designing technology solutions for clients
• Must be able to write, understand and debug computer code and write automation frameworks and scripts
• Must be able to work as an integral member of a distributed, collaborative team
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting within your team and customers
• Must be a self-starter that requires little supervision to complete tasks
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work
• Should have experience troubleshooting technical issues that arise during the testing process
