1. Ensures efficient operation of all Application Software in all platforms in the Data Center thru verification of information from application management tools and software monitoring utilities.
2. Provides assistance with software support and troubleshooting through interaction with the customer
3. Analyzes application and provides recommendations on how to improve performance of the applications.
4. Provides documentation to ensure that application configuration changes are properly documented.
5. Develop and formulate complex programs and scripts that will aid in the operations of specific application software.

• Must be a graduate of an I.T./ Computer Science or related Engineering or Technology Courses
• Must have at least three (3) years of exposure in System Programming / Technical Support related work. (in Linux, Windows Systems Environment)
• Must be a good team player with a customer-oriented attitude, good in oral/ written communication skills.
• Must possess good skills in problem solving and analysis and project planning.
• Must be knowledgeable in the advanced use of PC Software and Utilities such as: MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Web browsers - Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, others, MS Windows OS or Linux - installation and operation of utilities, Database Software - SQL Server, DB2, MySQL, Postgre. others
• Knowledgeable in Advanced Computer/ Networking Concepts and Operations: Computer Architecture and Hardware, Data Communications and LAN / WAN Networking, Transaction Security Technologies
