    Job Background:

    • We're PeoplePartners BPO Inc., a Great Place to Work-certified company hiring on behalf of one of our trusted mortgage broking clients in Australia. They need someone who can manage files from the very first scenario to final settlement—independently and flawlessly.

    About the Role

    • You'll be the Credit Analyst the broker doesn't need to chase. You'll structure deals, prep clean credit submissions, liaise with lenders, and follow everything through to settlement. You'll manage your files solo—but you're never alone.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze income, credit, and serviceability across lender panels.
    • Structure loan scenarios and recommend best-fit products.
    • Prepare & lodge high-quality credit submissions.
    • Follow up with BDMs, assessors, and clients.
    • Track every milestone until settlement, with notes in SalesTrekker.
    • Flag policy gaps or risks early.

    Job Requirements:

    About YOU

    • You've done this before—at least 5 years of end-to-end experience.
    • You're across PAYG, self-employed, and complex incomes.
    • You work fast, think ahead, and don't need babysitting.
    • You've got an eye for detail and a habit of hitting deadlines.

    About YOUR Work History

    • You've worked in broking, banking, or credit assessment.
    • You've used CRMs (SalesTrekker is a plus).
    • You know the difference between policy, practice, and lender preference.
