    Location: Philippines/ Work from Home

    Work Hours: Philippine Standard Time

    Colorboost is looking for a full-time Production and Quality Control Associate to help manage the production of eyewear. Our global team is made of optical scientists, data scientists and chemists with customers around the world.     Duties & Responsibilities


    • Process orders for the manufacture of ophthalmic lenses, sun lenses and ski goggles


    • Manage communications and scheduling with our manufacturers in East Asia


    • Ensuring quality standards are met and implement quality control measures


    • Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production


    • Conduct quality control activities, ensuring on-time and complete inspection reports and other quality related documents

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


    • Keen attention to details


    • Strong project management skills


    • Ability to be coached


    • Computer-Literate


    • Proficiency in using an ERP system is preferred.

    Educational Requirements


    • At least 1 year of working experience in an office setting and with a mastery of Excel


    • Prior experience managing highly detailed processes


    • Proven track record for excellent project management


    • Experience in manufacturing setup and quality control/ quality assurance is a plus.


    • Undergraduates are welcome to apply.
