Job summary
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports. Assist in the preparation of budgets forecasts and financial plans Manage accounts payable and receivable bank reconciliations and cash flow Monitor expenditures and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures Process payroll and ensure proper tax statutory deductions Reconcile monthly quarterly annual financial reports Support the preparation for audits liaise with auditors as needed Ensure compliance with local state federal financial regulations Assist in the development implementation of financial systems procedures Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights reporting.
