    Key Requirements:

    • Graduate of BS Accountancy/ Internal Audit/ Finance
    • At least 3-5 years' experience
    • CPA or CIA is an advantage.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
    • Good leadership skills, analytical, resourceful and meticulous
    • Fresh Graduates our open to apply.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Conducts audits in accordance with the audit program and checklist:

    1.1 Complies with IIA's Code of Conduct and with the standards of field work and reporting;

    1.2 Indexes and organizes audit working papers and reports;

    1.3 Summarizes audit findings and recommendations and initially discusses them with audit clients;

    1.4 Does follow-ups of unresolved audit issues and implementation of auditees' action plans under the guidance of superiors.

    2. Drafts audit program, audit reports and ACRS and submits them to immediate superior for review.

    3. Prepares daily report on actual manhours spent on audit activities and monthly accomplishment reports.

    4. Inspects items for disposal and observes biddings, haulings and weighing of items for disposal of the company and its subsidiaries.

    5. Maintains current knowledge of the IPPF and up-to-date competencies required for effective internal audit activities.

    6. Applies the concepts of controls during audit activities.

    7. Operates within the organization's frameworks for governance risk & control.

    8. Does other duties that may be assigned by the Chief Audit Executive, Audit Managers, Audit Supervisors, and Sr. Auditors II.
