Role: Customer Service Associate

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9PM to 5AM, Philippine time

Work Setup: Work from Office

The client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a customer service representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls and web chats, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Inbound Communication: Answer incoming calls and respond to web chats promptly and professionally.
Customer Assistance: Provide information about our attractions, pricing, promotions, and policies to assist customers effectively.
Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Booking Support: Assist customers with reservations, bookings, and scheduling for our attractions and events.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our company's offerings, updates, and changes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to promote additional attractions, packages, or promotions to enhance the customer experience.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve overall customer satisfaction and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues for reference and analysis.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with basic computer applications and comfort using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
