Home-Based Order Management Specialist - Work from Home

Job summary
We're looking for a Home-Based Order Management Specialist to support our U.S.-based client in managing daily production operations.
In this role you'll oversee purchasing vendor coordination production tracking ensuring every order is processed accurately delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Place orders set up items in the system
- Create sample orders Send prepayments to vendors create prebill invoices Send order confirmations artwork proofs tracking details to clients Submit purchase orders to vendors Coordinate on order details discrepancies with sales teams ensure order accuracy timely resolution issues Maintain clean up-to-date order management portals for sales visibility Request tracking from vendor Complete multi-destination tax adjustment form for Accounting when needed Request vendor bills not sent/received on time Work with sales team fix vendor bill discrepancies Work through 30-day open order report Assist locked order edits Assist sales sales support general questions Assist sales sales support troubleshooting entry billing challenges Work closely ERP team identify problems Assist Sandbox testing new development enhancements launched Provide ongoing training companywide
