- Graduate of Chemistry, or Chemistryrelated courses; License as a Chemist is required; or graduate of Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or related fields, as allowed by pertinent professional regulations laws;
- With at least 3 years of experience in a factory setting, at least 2 years of which in a Managerial capacity.
- Experience in food and beverage manufacturing is required;
- Has deep knowledge of endtoend value chain management for Quality Assurance spanning Material Acceptance, Microbiology, In-Line Inspection, and Systems Implementation;
- With deep experience in implementing relevant management systems in the food industry, including but not limited to Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL, FSMS, and FSSC;
- With prominent leadership, communication, and basic management (planning, leading, organizing, and controlling) skills;
- With proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Teams, at minimum). Experience ERP tool is an advantage but not required
- With excellent people management skills, backed by solid experience in coaching, mentoring, employee discipline, performance management, talent development, and change management.
