- Bachelor's degree in Secretarial or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Department Manager, including general administrative, clerical, and research tasks.
- Coordinate the Manager's schedules by arranging appointments, meetings, travel, and accommodations as specified.
- Assist project teams in coordinating project meetings and appointments, including travel arrangements as needed.
- Ensure all correspondence and documents are properly typed, prepared, and submitted on time, meeting company standards.
- Maintain office filing systems and project records, ensuring easy retrieval.
- Log and distribute incoming documents/mails, and deliver outgoing documents/mails promptly.
- Provide reception services by screening calls, taking accurate messages, and addressing queries from internal and external callers.
- Offer general administrative and clerical support to the department.
- Conduct basic research on energy-related topics.
- Perform other assigned functions and duties as required by superior or LBRDC management.
