    Job Title: Secretarial and Administrative Assistant

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Secretarial or a related field.
    • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Department Manager, including general administrative, clerical, and research tasks.
    2. Coordinate the Manager's schedules by arranging appointments, meetings, travel, and accommodations as specified.
    3. Assist project teams in coordinating project meetings and appointments, including travel arrangements as needed.
    4. Ensure all correspondence and documents are properly typed, prepared, and submitted on time, meeting company standards.
    5. Maintain office filing systems and project records, ensuring easy retrieval.
    6. Log and distribute incoming documents/mails, and deliver outgoing documents/mails promptly.
    7. Provide reception services by screening calls, taking accurate messages, and addressing queries from internal and external callers.
    8. Offer general administrative and clerical support to the department.
    9. Conduct basic research on energy-related topics.
    10. Perform other assigned functions and duties as required by superior or LBRDC management.
