Job summary
The Administrative Assistant - Receptionist provides support in administration functions including receiving guests and documents management of phone calls ensuring office administration guidelines standards and processes are administered accurately on time.Responsibilities
- Assists in implementing overseeing administrative processes programs requirements of the company.
- Receives transfers calls efficiently to concerned person department welcomes accommodates company guests external parties ensures receiving area is well kept presentable implements security procedures related gaining entry company premises validating identification external entities handles reservations meeting rooms.
