    Qualifications

    Demonstrate above average to excellent communication skills

    Strong organizational and listening skills

    Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions

    High degree of drive and determination to achieve or exceed set goals

    Ability to work in a team fostered environment and can multi-tasked

    With legal complaint handling experience

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Negotiate acceptable payment arrangements based on client, company and department requirements in an effort to resolve accounts.

    · Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing accurate and appropriate information

    · Submit requests to remove entries from consumer credit reports as a result of fraud or identity theft to the appropriate internal unit for processing.

    · Accurately document and update records in required system

    · Communicate to customers and attempt to bring resolution to unpaid accounts

    · Maintain diplomacy and tact when dealing with upset or escalated calls

    · Submit requests to remove entries from consumer credit reports as a result of fraud or identity theft to the appropriate internal unit for processing.

    · Perform other duties as assigned by the management
