Description:

Assist the manager in planning and managing of the operation of the Project Supervision in areas of co-ordination, organizing and execution of all works during the installation, adjustment till successful commissioning and handover of the equipment in the project.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate & confirm the site dimensions and conditions for execution of proper and safe installation work.

2. Coordinate & confirm access route to bring in machines, trusses and other related parts.

3. Coordinate & confirm provision of site temporary facilities.

4. Attend coordination / management meeting and confirm change orders, modifications, revisions and other related changes that maybe required.

5. Monitor building completion, delivery of equipment, coordinate mobilization, secure mechanical permits and facilitate securing of CARI.

6. Monitor project sites installation progress and coordinates delivery / provision of materials / works to be provided by others.

7. Secure signed copies of work accomplishment reports for billing.

8. Ensure worker comply with OSHS and Safety instruction from the company.

9. Check and secure reports for lacking, missing, miss / short shipment and damaged parts, prepare and submit EIR and facilitate insurance claims.

10. Maintain file of project documents necessary for hand over.

11. Performs other duties assigned by superior.

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
With good moral character
With good communication skills both oral and written
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
