About this role As Store Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the store's sales achievement and growth setting up gondolas and merchandise display ensuring daily operations are properly managed keeping the store tidy clean organizing arranging merchandise greeting serving customer maintaining stability reputation by complying with legal requirements recruiting selecting training coaching disciplining employees monitoring appraising job responsibilities providing constructive guidance to team on effective operations protecting employees customers by providing safe clean store environment handling daily bank-in stocking order own use item small notes needed completing updating reporting sales new staff hiring assignment case sending document related to HQ superior working within established guideline SOP any other responsibility assigned by Asst Branch Manager Branch Manager.
