Job Description:

• Strategize and oversee activities and campaigns across e-commerce and online stores to achieve sales KPI targets.
• Manage assigned accounts and execute marketing efforts in E-commerce platforms including setting up of promotional activities such as campaign prices, platform programs, ads and other initiatives to maximize brand exposure and growth.
• Develop and implement e-commerce sales growth strategies; from planning to execution to increase overall sales and improve operational efficiency of the brand/s.
• Conduct market analysis, trend research, and monitor competitors to identify growth opportunities for the assigned brand/s.
• Cultivate strong relationships with E-commerce Key Account Managers (KAMs) across various platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, edamama, and TikTok.
• Generate comprehensive reports on account performance and present data insights and action plans to the online team.
• Oversee day-to-day E-commerce operations including pricing, order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide support to the online team as necessary, addressing their inquiries and requests pertaining to e-commerce and online store operations.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of a 4-year course, specifically in E-Commerce/Business Management.
• Proficient in e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Edamama, and Zalora.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace applications such as Google Sheets and Docs.
• Experience in customer-facing roles involving deal negotiations and operational responsibilities.
• Possesses strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry or related field.
• Amenable to work at Natib Street, Brgy. Kaunlaran, Quezon City.
• Willing to report to work 6-days a week, Monday to Saturday, 7AM to 4PM.
