The position within CLIB is primarily responsible for driving disciplined execution of strategic and operational initiatives across the organization.The position is also responsible for embedding operational excellence, governance standards, and performance tracking frameworks to support sustainable growth, regulatory compliance, and enterprise alignment.
Requirements:
Oversees and tracks strategic and operational projects across all business units, including but not limited to:
Technology and digital platforms
Sales and distribution initiatives
Compliance and regulatory programs
Risk management and governance projects
New products, partnerships, and commercial initiatives
Establishes project governance structures, KPIs, and escalation protocols aligned with executive priorities.
Resolves cross-functional issues, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
Identifies process gaps and efficiencies across departments.
Leads the continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce friction, and improve service quality.
Implements frameworks, playbooks, and performance dashboards.
Promotes a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and disciplined execution.
Digital Platform governance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field, preferably with MBA or equivalent.
At least 5 years of work experience in business excellence, strategy execution, operations, consulting, or enterprise project management. Preferably, strong exposure to regulated industries (e.g., financial services, insurance, fintech, or similar)
