Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Butler at Modala Beach Resort Panglao. The Butler will be responsible for providing personalized and attentive service to guests throughout their stay, including but not limited to: managing guest requests, providing recommendations for local activities and attractions, assisting with guest transportation arrangements, and maintaining guest room cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a hospitality or service role
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Proficient in English and Filipino languages
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience as a Butler or similar role is a plus
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
