Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Coordinator to directly support our C-Suite. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating projects, managing communications, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and capable of working independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the other teams/individuals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Project Coordination: Track deliverables, monitor progress, and provide status reports to ensure projects remain on schedule.
· Communication Management: Facilitate effective internal communication between Project owners, business heads and other individuals that are involve in the project.
· Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials required for meetings and decision-making.
· Onsite & Travel Support: Primarily onsite with occasional travel to project sites as required.
Qualifications:
· Graduate of Marketing, Business, or related courses; equivalent experience preferred.
· Proven experience in project monitoring and delivering results.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Strong business writing and verbal communication skills.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
· Flexible, collaborative, and a strong team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
