General Analytics Support

• Work with different parts of the business to provide insights / data analytics support this might include analysis on cohort performance, marketing performance, product uptake etc.
• In conjunction with Data Science, leverage Zeller's data assets and various analysis techniques to identify:

Product improvements - including cross sell / up sell, improved personalisation, pricing and risk management
Process improvement - including funnel optimisation, churn / loss reduction, improvements to the business' forecasting approach
Monetisation opportunities of data assets


Business Intelligence and Data Quality Assurance

• Build high quality, analysisready BI models in our data warehouse
• Gather and document business requirements with sufficient details of various functional requirements for performance reporting purposes (e.g. metrics computation)
• Work with Data Engineers to efficiently and effectively scale our data infrastructure while ensuring robust data quality
• Drive the company towards a selfservice BI model that allows all users to gain confidence in exploring data on their own

Requirements:
years of experience in as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst in a high growth environment

• High technical competency coupled with business acumen
• Highly proficient in SQL Python experience a very strong bonus
• Modern data stack experience preferred dbt, Snowflake and Airbyte extensively
• Experience interpreting data and analysis to translate these insights into actionable outcomes / business decisions Your attributes
