- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a senior F&B management role within the hospitality industry (preferably in a 4-star or higher property).
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing F&B teams
- Proficiency in food and beverage inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
- Knowledgeable in food costing, purchasing and inventory management
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Familiarity with food and beverage industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Possess excellent management knowledge in both dining & kitchen operation
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 warehouse operation, including weekends and holidays
- Residing in Tacloban City or nearby.
- Wiling to relocate
