    The Process Analyst drives process excellence by leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role oversees the end-to-end execution of the Process Excellence Program, ensuring measurable and sustainable operational impact. Beyond process improvement, the Officer leads and supports cross-functional initiatives by applying strong project and change management practices to ensure timely delivery, effective risk management, and seamless adoption of new processes and systems across the organization

    Process Excellence:

    • Lead the end-to-end execution of the Process Excellence Program using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
    • Coach participants on improvement initiatives (Quick Wins and complex projects).
    • Track certifications, milestones, and benefits realization.
    • Analyze and optimize end-to-end processes and deliver actionable recommendations.
    • Design and facilitate trainings, workshops, and communications to promote continuous improvement.

    Project Management:

    • Lead/support cross-functional process and system initiatives.
    • Manage timelines, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful execution.

    Change Management:

    • Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and training to support adoption.
    • Ensure smooth transition to future-state processes and reinforce sustainable change.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, change management, or related roles.
    • Strong Lean Six Sigma knowledge with proven experience implementing process improvement initiatives and driving sustainable change.
    • Solid project and change management capabilities, including stakeholder engagement, risk management, and adoption planning.
    • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and support participants through transformation initiatives.
    • Creative mindset with experience designing engaging communication materials (e.g., infographics, videos, visual content) to drive awareness and adoption.
    • Strong communication and facilitation skills to lead workshops, training sessions, and change initiatives effectively.
    • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
