About the role
ARTECH TECHNOLOGY INC' is seeking a talented UI Developer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. As a UI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our company's brand and objectives. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work both remotely and in our Metro Manila office.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to translate design concepts into functional and responsive user interfaces
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bring designs to life
- Implement and optimise user interface components and features to enhance the overall user experience
- Ensure the UI adheres to established standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of the codebase
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in UI development
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in UI development, with a strong portfolio of previous work
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a good understanding of modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, )
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and the ability to create mobile-friendly user interfaces
- Experience with version control systems like Git and collaboration tools like Jira or Trello
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
