Job summary:
The Treasury Associate is responsible for timely and accurate processing of company disbursements including voucher preparation check issuance online payment uploads and proper documentation.This role ensures all disbursement-related activities comply with internal controls and deadlines while maintaining organized financial records supporting overall treasury management functions.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare payment vouchers with complete and accurate supporting documents
- Prepare process checks for payment secure signatures from authorized signatories Generate upload data files for online payment transactions Prepare bank-related documents such as deposit slips payment advice confirmation receipts Ensure accurate timely release of checks related disbursement documents Record platform advertising fees appropriately in financial records Maintain an organized filing system invoices receipts payment forms other financial records
