    The Senior Corporate Counsel will serve as a key legal advisor on a wide range of substantive areas, with a focus on advising on various HR and employment matters regulatory compliance (including privacy), contract negotiations, corporate governance, and strategic business initiatives. This role requires a seasoned legal professional who can effectively manage multiple projects and provide counsel to a variety of stakeholders across AGSI and its affiliates. This role will report to the General Counsel of AGSI

      Provide practical legal advice on a broad variety of legal matters, including advising all functional areas within AGSI, including HR (on employment-related matters), Finance, Facilities and Operati
    • onsAdvise on privacy and related data protection matt
    • ersDraft, review and negotiate a range of commercial contracts including facilities, service providers and intercompany service agreeme
    • ntsPartner with various stakeholders to identify, evaluate and address legal and regulatory risks; monitor and track relevant federal, state and local legislation applicable to A
    • GSISupport cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations) on legal and compliance matt
