Job summary
We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Consumer Lending team in BGC,Mandaluyong City,& Makati Cityin the role of Collections Officer.This role will conduct collection efforts on delinquent accounts using callouts,collection letters,and SMS.Handle financial and non-financial client requests,includereversals,payment transfers,and updating cardholder information within specified turnaround times.Negotiate special payment arrangements,monitor personal productivity,and perform additional tasks as needed.
