    Seeking a Financial Premium Agent to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for offering expert financial advice and premium services to clients, focusing on insurance, investments, and wealth management solutions.

    Duties include assessing client needs, recommending tailored financial products, and building long-term client relationships. Strong communication and sales skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements.     Shift Schedule:
    Graveyard Shift/Weekends Off


    Educational Requirement:

    • K-12 Graduate/Senior High School Graduates - allowed but not preferred
    • At least 2 years completed College - preferred complex or Bachelor of Science Courses
    • Preferred FRESH College graduates

    Work Experience:

    • Requires with at least 6 months call center experience
    • Can accept College Graduate with no call center experience but not preferred (only 50% of class)

    Requirement Process:

    Harver Exam:
    Passing score of CEFR B2, C1, C2(Good/Great Fit Discourse Skills)

    Initial interview:
    PM/Sourcing


    • 3. ONSITE Exam(operations)
    • 3.1. Reading 3 hours
    • 3.2. Exam Proper 1 hour
    • 4. Final Interview - Certified TAAs from Recruitment Team
    • 5. Operations Validation
    • 6. Job Offer - Recruitment Team
