    The Role:

    As an AI Strategist, you are the engine behind how we use AI to drive measurable impact across all aspects of Wedded Wonderland. You identify bottlenecks, surface high-leverage opportunities, and turn business challenges into practical, AI-powered solutions. From workflow audits to product sprints to hands-on implementation, you ensure AI moves from concept to daily workflow—delivering impact in weeks, not months.


    What You'll Do:

    AI Strategy Audits – Conduct 2–4 week diagnostic reviews of internal processes, map workflows, quantify pain points, identify data assets, and prioritize the highest-ROI AI opportunities. Deliver actionable assessments with a clear, phased roadmap for execution.

    Product & Strategy Sprints – When challenges are defined but solutions aren't, design and run focused sprints combining data analysis, product strategy, rapid prototyping, and implementation planning—driving decisions and results quickly.

    Workflow Automation & AI Build – Collaborate with internal teams to design and deploy automated and AI-driven workflows using off-the-shelf SaaS tools, low-code platforms, and Wedded Wonderland's internal capabilities.

    Training & Enablement – Lead internal training programs to ensure AI prototypes and automation solutions become part of daily workflows. Measure adoption, iterate on user experience, and build internal champions to sustain long-term impact.

    Process Optimization & Insights – Continuously analyze results and refine workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and measurable value across Wedded Wonderland operations.

    Knowledge Sharing & Playbooks – Translate learnings into repeatable playbooks and internal resources to scale AI adoption across the company.
