- Maintain operations: setting up, operating, monitoring, reporting, and planning, inventory.
- Very deep knowledge and first-hand market experience on Order Management and Fulfilment operations. Good understanding of how the flow of goods interacts with Planning, Logistics and customer Development.
- Perform day-to-day activities of the e-commerce platform.
- Supervises the movement, distribution, and storage of imports, supplies, merchandise.
- Supervises last mile logistics operations.
- Work with different teams to define strategies and assortment plans.
- Assist in collaboration and review meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of forecasts and the achievement of fill rates to required levels.
- Evaluate issues and effectively communicate technical and non-technical solutions to peers and customers.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and implement online initiatives and inform go-to-market strategies.
- Increase the share of ecommerce to retail sales without sacrificing retail sales within established business channels.
- Leverage existing relationships with E-Channel partners to drive sales growth.
- Interested in E-Commerce and retail industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations or related discipline preferred.
- At least 2-year operational experience as a manager, preferably in E-Commerce and retail industry.
- Detail oriented and work well under pressure with tight timelines
- Competent in MS Office applications.
- Working experience with e commerce platforms like Lazada & Shopee is an advantage.
