    We are looking for a Senior Accountant for our client located in Makati.


    Salary:
    Up to 65K

    Set-up: 100% Remote


    Shift:
    Morning


    Working days:
    Monday to Friday


    Responsibilities:
    Enter all transactions into Xero
    Reconcile transactions with bank statements / Perform account reconciliation and data entry
    Handle expenses and bank reconciliations.
    Record business expenses incurred on personal credit cards into Xero.
    Manage reimbursement processes for business expenses.
    Generate end-of-year financial statements, including Profit and Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet
    Manage accounts receivable and payable.
    Handle payroll and superannuation tasks.
    Prepare BAS/IAS reports and financial reporting.
    Perform management reporting in Excel.


    Qualifications:
    Fully Xero certified with relevant bookkeeping and accounting qualifications years of work experience with CPA & CA qualifications)
    Strong Excel Skills (lookups, pivot tables, automation of reporting using formulas, data manipulation) opportunity for growth in this area.
    Must have experience managing Australia and New Zealand-based clients/books
    Demonstrated previous experience in a similar role (especially in Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, Expense Reconciliation, and Payroll)
    Self-motivated, committed, and reliable with excellent attention to detail
    Strong organizational and time management skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
    Broad knowledge of financial procedures and policies
    Ability to maintain confidentiality.

    Quick learner with problem-solving capabilities
