    About Ever Lasting

    Ever Lasting is a design-led home and lifestyle brand built around intentional design, structured execution, and long-term brand building. We operate as a fast-moving, globally distributed team with interns, contractors, and core team members across multiple time zones.

    We are currently strengthening our People Ops foundation to support growth, reduce structural strain, and improve team accountability and retention.

    This role is not administrative-only HR. It is structured People Operations support.

    Role Overview

    We are hiring a part-time HR & People Ops Assistant to help stabilize and systemize our hiring, onboarding, reporting cadence, and intern management processes.

    You will work closely with the Founder and HR team to:


    • Improve recruitment structure


    • Strengthen onboarding consistency


    • Maintain People Ops trackers


    • Support EOM reviews and performance documentation


    • Increase accountability across intern and junior roles

    This role is execution-focused. We are looking for someone structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

    Core Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Screening


    • Post job listings and manage applicant pipelines


    • Screen resumes based on defined criteria


    • Conduct first-round structured interviews


    • Maintain organized candidate tracking sheets


    • Follow up consistently with candidates


    • Support role benchmarking research

    2. Onboarding & Intern Structure


    • Coordinate onboarding documents and training materials


    • Ensure new team members receive proper orientation


    • Track onboarding completion


    • Monitor intern transitions and role handoffs


    • Flag early signs of instability or disengagement

    3. Performance & Accountability Systems


    • Assist with End of Month review coordination


    • Maintain performance tracking sheets


    • Ensure EOW and reporting cadence is followed


    • Track KPIs for interns and junior roles


    • Follow up on missed deliverables


    • Escalate structural gaps early

    4. Documentation & SOP


    • Help refine and update HR Playbook and SOPs


    • Maintain structured internal documentation


    • Improve clarity in role definitions


    • Assist in drafting role transition documents


    • Support handbook updates when needed

    What We're Looking For


    • 1 to 3 years of HR, recruiting, or People Ops experience


    • Strong organizational skills


    • Comfortable managing multiple interns or junior team members


    • Clear communicator


    • Proactive in follow-ups


    • Able to work independently without heavy supervision


    • Experience with remote teams preferred


    • Familiarity with startup environments is a plus

    This is not a passive coordination role. We need someone who takes ownership of structure.

    Work Structure


    • 15 to 20 hours per week


    • Fully remote


    • Flexible time zone, with some overlap required


    • Long-term preferred

    Compensation

    Competitive based on experience and location.

    For PH-based candidates, we are benchmarking within local market rates for part-time HR support.
