    We are looking for talented professionals to join us as E-Commerce Specialist (Amazon & eBay).

    Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30am - 2:30pm or 6am - 3pm

    Will follow the Australian Holidays

    Main duties and responsibilities:

    • Oversee the timely and accurate processing and dispatch of all online orders from the warehouse and additional dispatch locations in accordance with KPI's.
    • Responsible for downloading all orders and processing them for dispatch
    • Responsible for uploading all tracking data to the marketplace
    • Responsible for overseeing and managing the duties and workflow of the Warehouse
    • Manage and assist the pick pack team where necessary to optimize processes and efficiencies
    • Responsible for ensuring all online returns & exchanges are processed in accordance with KPI's across local and international hubs
    • Manage and action all online customer service inquiries, complaints, and recommendations in line with company standards and KPI's
    • Monitor and validate all financial checks required on online orders
    • Manage inventory levels and report on stock discrepancies
    • Liaise and manage multiple couriers
    • Develop streamlined processes to better manage workflows and deliverables
    • Assist with identifying opportunities to grow and improve sales, profit, and customer experience
    • Involvement in the development and testing of new systems and technologies
    • Communicating with key internal shareholders daily/weekly to provide accurate feedback where necessary
    • Training new hires

    Requirements:

    • 4-5 Years Experience handling Amazon and eBay Listing
    • Someone who can share their knowledge of the subject
    • Outstanding customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to work within a team and autonomously
    • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
    • High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
    • A friendly and professional attitude
    • Experience with IFS (smart freight systems) and marketplaces such as eBay
    • Must have an all-rounder attitude and think like it is their own business
    • Amenable to share their knowledge and train new and existing employees
    • Can start ASAP
