Job summary
Partner with the Product Manager to detail the product vision for the Data Backbone into an executable roadmap that aligns with the Business strategy Execute the product vision for the Data Backbone Distribution & Agency Workstream mar Ensure the product meets the needs of end-users including data scientists insights specialists and campaign owners Translate business requirements into actionable product backlog items and user stories Prioritize features and capabilities that align with organizational goals and user needs Synthesize and harmonize requirements and inputs from different business stakeholders and data end-users Guide both business and technical talents unblock challenges Foster a collaborative agile working environment to ensure efficient product delivery Performance Monitoring Value Realization Define track OKRs for the product workstream Quantify potential benefits from each backlog / business requirement Drive value realization champion adoption utilization Drive awareness educate technical/business users on concepts features Continuously analyze report on product performance user adoption Partner Finance monitor potential benefits which may include decommissioning reports/systems freeing up capacity or enabling Distribution Agency initiatives campaigns more data-driven decision-making KPI Stewardship Review drive standardization of logic metric definition functions Lines Business markets Align definitions in relation to goals drive behaviors actions Endorsing sign-off KPI Owner Executive Leader Qualifications Bachelor degree computer science Information Systems related field Master degree preferred 5+ years experience Product Owner similar role data-driven projects Experience Life Insurance Investments industry highly desirable Preferred skills Strong understanding management analytics lakehouse architectures Experience developing deploying solutions Distribution Agency domain Proven track record successful delivery Agile Lean Incremental Waterfall methodology Excellent leadership team management skills Strong analytical problem-solving abilities Outstanding communication presentation skills Proficiency tech stack Confluence JIRA Tableau Erwin Data Modeler AWS Certifications Agile methodologies e.g Scrum SAFe plus Familiarity Salesforce Digital Tools plus
