    Job Summary

    The Data Quality Lead is responsible for overseeing and driving the organization's data quality initiatives. This role will lead the Data Quality Analyst and Data Quality Developer in implementing effective data quality practices across the company, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistency of data. The role requires strong coordination with multiple stakeholders, the ability to establish processes and KPIs, and the leadership to embed data quality into organizational culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the Data Quality Analyst and Data Quality Developer in executing their responsibilities.
    • Develop and implement data quality strategies, plans, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
    • Define, monitor, and report data quality KPIs to management and stakeholders.
    • Ensure data quality issues are addressed and necessary actions are taken for continuous improvement.
    • Drive adoption and enforcement of data quality processes, standards, and guidelines.
    • Champion and push for DQ implementation across different business units and technical teams.
    • Recommend and lead initiatives to enhance overall data quality maturity.

    Qualifications

    • Strong background in Data Management and Data Quality frameworks.
    • Proven experience in leading teams and coordinating across stakeholders.
    • Experience in creating and executing strategies, plans, and roadmaps for data quality.
    • Knowledge of data quality tools, methodologies, and governance practices.

    • Expertise in Data Management and Data Quality practices.
