Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Sales Manager at RLC Residences. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams with 5 Property Specialists, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will primarily be located in Cebu City but will have flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in Real Estate industry or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and customer preferences
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing e. g. Facebook Ads, Real Estate Website Ad
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
