Shall oversee and monitor the financial transactions of all properties under Innoprime Property Management Services.


Qualifications
A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Bachelor of Science in Commerce- Major in Accounting

Thorough knowledge in basic accounting principles

Well-versed in financial statement preparation and analysis

Keen on mathematical computation and details

Must have organizational and time management skills with ability to establish priorities and coordinate and complete tasks within established timeframes

Ability to maintain records and files for easy access and retrieval

Proficient in MS Office applications and business management system

With excellent interpersonal skills and can deal with all levels in the organization

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work well independently as well as part team
