- Achieve and exceed district sales targets, growth objectives, and KPIs for the Primary Care portfolio.
- Translate regional sales strategies into clear, actionable district plans.
- Monitor sales performance, call activity, coverage, and distribution; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Optimize territory alignment and resource deployment across Mindanao.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Medical Representatives in the district.
- Conduct regular field coaching, joint field work, and performance evaluations.
- Identify training needs and support capability development in selling skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Support key accounts and high‑potential customers within the district.
- Gather and share market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer insights with management and cross‑functional teams.
- Ensure consistent and high‑quality execution of promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches.
- Align field execution with approved brand strategies and messaging.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales Operations to ensure availability of promotional materials and programs.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and Philippine FDA regulations.
- Promote responsible selling practices and pharmacovigilance awareness among the team.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of sales reports, forecasts, expense reports, and other administrative requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the Philippines.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role (e.g., Senior Medical Representative, District Sales Manager).
- Strong experience in Primary Care products (e.g., cardiovascular, diabetes, respiratory, or similar).
- Prior experience handling Mindanao territories is highly preferred.
- Strong people management, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Results‑driven with solid analytical and planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a wide geographic territory.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Mindanao.
