    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Sells, Presents and promotes the private teacher's loan product and services to all private teachers within their area of jurisdiction
    • Directs, coordinate and evaluates the work performance of agent under his supervision to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the bank's services to it's customers.
    • Responsible for recruiting my teacher, my agent and building, maintaining strong relationship with them to help in generating loans.
    • Shall be responsible in the delivery of target volume of his own team if needed
    • Follow up/ visit clients who have a plan to avail/ re-avail the loan
    • Conduct marketing activities such as product presentation, area saturation activity, brigada eskwela, and other school activities to generate loans.
    • Report the result of their daily itineraries to their immediate heads
    • Perform any other duties and functions that may be given by the management from time to time.
